Ingredients

500 gms mutton / chicken mince
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion ... grated and squeezed
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch saffron soaked in 2 tsp warm water
Directions
Marinate mince with all the ingredients except oil for 1 hour .
Spread the mince on a cold nonstick pan and flatten it evenly on all sides to make a flat surface .
Now make design of cuts ... just little deep on the mince with help of finger ..with 1 inch gap apart ...all over.
Heat the pan .. Spread oil on all sides with the help of spoon .
Cook for 5 minutes
Now turn it carefully with the help of spatula and cook on other side by applying oil on all sides again .
Now take the kabob out upside down on your serving plate .
Garnish with tomato and onion slices
