Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms mutton / chicken mince


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 onion ... grated and squeezed


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 1/2 tsp Salt


  • 1 pinch saffron soaked in 2 tsp warm water

Directions

  • Marinate mince with all the ingredients except oil for 1 hour .
  • Spread the mince on a cold nonstick pan and flatten it evenly on all sides to make a flat surface .
  • Now make design of cuts ... just little deep on the mince with help of finger ..with 1 inch gap apart ...all over.
  • Heat the pan .. Spread oil on all sides with the help of spoon .
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Now turn it carefully with the help of spatula and cook on other side by applying oil on all sides again .
  • Now take the kabob out upside down on your serving plate .
  • Garnish with tomato and onion slices
